BREWERS NOTES
Barrel-aged for over a year with Okanagan Balaton cherries, this West Coast lambic-style wild ale has a lovely cherry aroma and flavour with sour & complex character. This beer will soften & mellow with time so is perfect for cellaring. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature we think it’s the cherry on the cake.
