BREWER’S NOTES

In Chinese folklore, the Moon Rabbit uses his mortar to grind spices for the elixir of life. We've ground a few of our own spices here and feel pretty good about our elixir and although unlikely to extend your life it tastes lovely. Brewed with green and red Sichuan pepper, this is a spicy dry and aromatic saison.
