On the sunny day when Napoleon conquered Berlin, his troops no doubt celebrated his triumph with goblets of local Berliner Weisse which they christened “the champagne of the north”. Refreshing, fruity & tart, this old world sour was brewed with loads of ripe pineapple, resulting in a tropical golden feather in the cap.

BREWER’S NOTES 

This Berliner Weisse is a kettle sour brewed with loads of ripe fresh pineapple. The sweet fruit flavour balances the sour nature of this beer. Brewed with wheat for a soft body and packaged with high carbonation to make for a very refreshing brew.
