Crisp / Bright / Refreshing
Hugo is brewed for refreshment, its clean, crisp, and endlessly drinkable. Flaked maize lightens the body and adds a delicate corn sweetness that plays off the soft malt backbone of Pilsner and Vienna malts. A gentle touch of Sterling hops keeps bitterness low, just enough to balance the finish. Lager yeast does the heavy lifting here, fermenting cool and slow to let the bright, classic character shine through. Serve cold, pair with sunshine.
Floral / Smooth / Malty
A relatively modern German style brewed for Bavarian Oktoberfest celebrations. Brewed with German imported floor malted grains & continental Hallertau Tradition hops. An exceptionally clean and smooth beer with an elegant malt character & floral hop finish.
Bright / Crisp / Herbal
A classic German-style Pilsner. Bright, clean and fresh with a bracing and refreshing bitterness and the unmistakable herbal earthy character of the Noble Hallertau hop.
Refreshing / Bright / Dry
Taking inspiration from Japanese Super Dry Lagers, Scarab was brewed with rice and a select lager yeast strain yielding a very crisp, light, and bright-tasting beer. Delicate malt flavours are balanced with high carbonation and a subtle bitterness making way for a thirst-quenching finish.
