• You must be 19 years of age or older to order and receive goods from our online store.
• Two pieces of ID (including one government-issued photo ID) is required at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries must be received in person.
• If ID is not presented, the goods will be returned to Strange Fellows Brewing and we will refund the order total minus the cost of shipping and handling. (For Canada Post shipping, package will be held at the nearest Post Office Outlet for 15 days before return to Strange Fellows Brewing).
• Minimum order value for delivery is $40.
Lower Mainland: Deliveries are every TUESDAY and FRIDAY between 12pm and 8pm.

BC (outside of the Lower Mainland) & CANADA: Deliveries are fulfilled through Canada Post within 2-3 business days and ships out with a tracking number.
LOCAL DELIVERY: We ship throughout the Lower Mainland Including North and West Vancouver, Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Delta, White Rock, Surrey, Langley, Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody), Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and everywhere in between these areas.

Lower Mainland orders are delivered every TUESDAY and FRIDAY, between 12pm and 8pm
Order cut-off for FRIDAY delivery is Thursday @ 11:59pm
Order cut-off for TUESDAY delivery is Monday @ 11:59pm
All orders placed between Tuesday (12am) to Thursday, will be delivered on FRIDAY.
All orders placed between Friday (12am) to Monday, will be delivered on TUESDAY.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order details along with tracking and delivery information, so you can ensure you will be home to receive your delivery.
There may be delays to your estimated delivery time due to heavy traffic, extreme weather, road closures, construction, and even hazardous road conditions.
No order cut-off for Canada Post shipping. Deliveries are fulfilled through Canada Post within 2-3 business days and ships out with a tracking number.
Mistakes happen. If you receive your order confirmation and you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work our magic to fix your order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, you need to communicate this to us BEFORE the order cut-off listed above. Changes or requests to cancel received after the cut-off times will be subject to a re-stocking fee. We will confirm with you by email if we have received and processed your request. We are happy to send gifts - this is one of the best kinds of deliveries!
Please ensure that you indicate the correct shipping address when you order and leave a note in “Delivery Instructions.” The person receiving the gift must be home, be at least 19 years of age, with 2 pieces of government issued ID to be able to accept the delivery. If they are unable to meet the delivery driver, the driver will make one other delivery attempt at a later time.
We are a small brewery, and all orders are lovingly assembled by hand. If we happen to make a mistake, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution as quick as possible.

We always store our beer in a fridge, and we think you should too! Beer is perishable and by keeping it cold, you will help maintain the flavour profile our brewers intended.
