PICK-UP ORDERS

If you choose the pick-up option during checkout, the order will be ready for pick-up the next day if you order after noon. Please bring your confirmation email and valid ID when you come to collect your order.

Pick-up times (weekdays only): Monday to Friday - 12 pm to 9 pm.

We deliver right to your door! 

 Deliveries not available over the Holiday Weekend.

  • 1-2 day delivery for the Vancouver Area 
  • British Columbia-wide shipping on all products (beer, wine, cider and merch)
  • Canada-wide shipping on merch and Gift Cards 
  • Deliveries must be received in person.  
  • For all alcohol orders, you must be 19 or older to order and receive goods from our online store.  
  • Two pieces of ID (including one government-issued photo ID) are required at delivery time. 
  • Merchandise ONLY orders do not require an in-person receipt of delivery.  
  • All orders are shipped through Canada Post. A local delivery option is also available for a flat $5 fee.
  • If ID is not presented, the Local Delivery goods will be returned to Strange Fellows Brewing, and we will refund the order total minus the cost of shipping and handling. For Canada Post deliveries, the package will be held at the nearest Canada Post Outlet for 15 days until pick up. After this period, the order will be returned to Strange Fellows Brewing and refunded (minus the shipping and handling cost). 
  • There is an in-store pick-up option on our online store. Please place your order online, choose the pick-up option during checkout and visit us at the Tasting Room to pick up any product (merch included) 
  • We do not reserve any product in our online store. 
  • Gifts Cards are only for use at the Tasting Room.

 

Vancouver Area: 1-2 business day deliveries.

Including North Vancouver, Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby and New Westminster.

BC (outside of the Vancouver Area): Shipping costs vary depending on location. 

Deliveries are fulfilled through Canada Post within 2-3 business days and ship out with a tracking number.

Merch ships Canada-wide. Deliveries are fulfilled through Canada Post within 2-3 business days and ship out with a tracking number - shipping rates dependant on region.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. 


For Local Deliveries, on the day of delivery, you will receive a text or email from the driver when your delivery is on its way. Along with a tracking link to see the driver's proximity to the delivery address, you can ensure you will be home to receive your delivery.

  

There may be delays to your estimated delivery time due to heavy traffic, extreme weather, road closures, construction, and even hazardous road conditions.
