Blending fresh and barrel aged Saisons conditioned with 3 different strains of Brettanomyces, this complex & balanced Saison is brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Beva Brewing & blending, & offers a light effervescent body & slight tartness with notes of lemon, pineapple & funk.

BREWER’S NOTES
Amici Bizzaro was brewed & blended by two strange friends. This beer harmoniously melds a crisp French Saison with a barrel aged counterpart conditioned on Brett, resulting in something complex, balanced and refreshing. The fresh Saison contributes bitterness with hints of white pepper and citrus, complemented by the barrel aged Saisons tartness, funk and complexity. Meticulously crafted, this blend offers flavours of ripe pineapple with a crisp and effervescent finish.
