BREWER’S NOTES
This black Lager (or schwarzbier) balances the use of roasted malts while delivering the clean character of a lager. Psychopomp pours black in colour and offers a complex grain build that blends aromas of dark chocolate, toast and molasses. Notes of roasted malt, espresso and cocoa flavours balance a medium body and a crisp, clean lager finish.
